- Deep dive into AWS EC2/VPC and Azure VM/VNet.
- Focus on core infrastructure security using Security Groups (NSGs) and traffic distribution via Load Balancers.
- Practical Lab: Deploy a simple 3-tier web application on a single cloud platform.
MODULE – 3
- Storage, Databases & GCP Focus
- Dedicated study of GCP Compute Engine and core GCP services.
- Conduct a comparative analysis of object storage: S3 (AWS), Azure Blob, and GCP Storage.
- Deploy and manage relational databases using services like AWS RDS, Azure SQL, and GCP Cloud SQL.
- Part 2: Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
MODULE – 4
- VDI Foundation & Azure Integration
- Introduce Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) concepts.
- Master the architecture of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), including Host Pools and user profile management (FSLogIX).
- Hands-on: Deploy a sample AVD host pool and access a virtual desktop.

- Networking & Hybrid Cloud
- Study Advanced Networking concepts, primaril y focusing on secure, high-speed Hybrid Connectivity (VPNs, Direct Connects, ExpressRoute) to link the cloud to on-premises data centers.
- Optimize networking specifically for VDI performance.
MODULE – 7
- Automation & Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Learn Cloud-Agnostic IaC using the industry-standard tool Terraform.
- Automate the deployment of complete and identical infrastructure stacks on both AWS and Azure for consistency.
MODULE – 8
- Security, Monitoring & Governance
- Implement Cross-Cloud Security controls and manage centralized identities.
- Configure native Monitoring Tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and apply governance policies to secure the VDI environment.
MODULE – 9
- Migration & Capstone Project
- Review Cloud Migration Strategies (the “6 Rs”).
- Design and plan Multi-Cloud Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for high availability.
- Final Capstone Project: Design a comprehensive, production-ready Multi-Cloud VDI Solution for a large enterprise.
